"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Maxine Reid (IP No. 11492) and Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
