Notice is hereby given that on 6 April 2018, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Livingston Sheriff Court by Marilynne Guild, 7 Atholl Way, Livingston, EH54 8TH, sole director of HARWOODS CLEANING CONTRACTORS LIMITED, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC170708) with their registered office at Block 13, Unit 3, Whiteside Industrial, Estate, Bathgate, West Lothian, EH48 2RX (the “Company”) craving the Court inter alia that said Company be wound up by the Court and that Ian Wright , Insolvency Practitioner, WRI Associates Ltd, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB be appointed as provisional liquidator of said Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 until an interim liquidator of said Company is appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor of 6 April 2018 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston Sheriff Court, West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston EH54 6FF within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
