"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Molly Monks (IP No. 19830) of Parker Walsh, Suite 211, 3 Courthill House, 60 Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AJ be appointed Liquidator of the Company."
