Special resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily."

Ordinary resolution

"That James Sleight and John Twizell (office holder no 9648 and 0/007822/01) of Geoffrey Martin & Co, 4 Carlton Court, Brown Lane West, Leeds, LS12 6LT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.
