"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Reynolds (IP No. 8838) of Valentine & Co, Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL and Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) of Begbies Traynor, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, Finchley, London, N12 8LY be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up."

The creditors appointed Mark Reynolds of Valentine & Co, Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet EN5 5YL and Stephen Katz of Begbies Traynor, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, Finchley, London, N12 8LY as Joint Liquidators on the same day.
