"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Newton (IP No. 9732) and Simon Underwood (IP No. 2603) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
