This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") . It is delivered by the Joint Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Chris Newell, of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Joint Administrators' Statement of Proposals. 2. The establishing of a Creditors' committee. 3. The timing of the Joint Administrators' discharge.

The meeting will be held at 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS on 11 July 2019 at 9.30 am. To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Joint Administrator by one of the following methods: By post to: Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS. By email to: marlowvoting@quantuma.com.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4pm on 10 July 2019.

All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 9.30 am on 11 July 2019.

This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
