At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 12 April 2019 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Neil Henry and Michael Simister of Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1EZ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding office.
