A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Harrison Black Associates Limited, 83 Ducie Street, Manchester M1 2JQ presented on 23 December 2015 by SECRETARY OF STATE FOR BUSINESS, INNOVATION AND SKILLS C/O DWF LLP, 1 Scott Place, 2 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3AA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Manchester District Registry, on 1 March 2016 at 1545 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
