At a General Meeting of the Company duly convened and held at The Manchester Conference Centre, Sackville Street, Manchester M1 3BB on 09 February 2017 at 1.30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Edward Butt and Michael David Rollings, both of Rollings Butt LLP, 6 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AY, (IP Nos. 9108 and 8107) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Liquidators be authorised to act joint and severally in the liquidation for the purposes of such winding up.”
