A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Harris Travel Limited (08246792) whose registered office is 5b Duttons Way, Shadsworth Business Park, Blackburn, BB1 2QR whose nature of business is, Other urban, suburban or metropolitan passenger land transport (not underground, metro or similar) presented on 13 September 2019 at 15.36pm by DKV EURO SERVICE GMBH + CO.KG (A Company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands) of Walserji 64 2211 SL Noordwijkerhout Netherlands, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on Monday 25 November 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
