“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and the company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Amor, of A.M. Insolvency Limited, The Portergate, Ecclesall Road, Sheffield S11 8NX, (IP No. 17770) be and hereby is appointed Liquidator.”
