"That the Companies be and are wound up voluntarily and that Steve Markey (IP No. 14912) and Paul Masters (IP No. 8262) both of Leonard Curtis, Leonard Curtis House, Elms Square, Bury New Road, Whitefield, Manchester, M45 7TA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Companies for the purposes of the windings up of the Companies and the Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally."
