A Petition to wind up the above-named company of HARPER MCKAY DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (08607845) of 2a Goring Road, Goring-by-sea, Worthing BN12 4AJ, whose nature of business is property developer and development of building projects, presented on Monday 11 February 2019, at 12:40 by (1) ROBERT JAMES OAKLEY (2) CAROLYN OAKLEY (3) JONATHAN MARK PAGE (4) UNION PENSION TRUSTEES LIMITED, of Hill House Cottage, Jeremys Lane, Haywards Heath RH17 5QE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Aberystwyth, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 03 April 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
