"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jack Callow (IP No. 25210) of Bishop Fleming LLP, 10 Temple Back, Bristol, BS1 6FL and Luke Venner (IP No. 21172) of Bishop Fleming LLP, 2nd Floor Stratus House, Emperor Way, Exeter Business Park, Exeter, EX1 3QS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
