At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened by telephone conference on 12 March 2020 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) and Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 12 March 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Trevor John Binyon and Timothy John Edward Dolder as Joint Liquidators.
