1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily and

2. That Carrie James and Julie Swan, of SKSi, Unit 1, First Floor, Brook Business Centre, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2FX, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
