"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Conrad Alexander Pearson (IP No. 014732) and Patrick Alexander Lannagan (IP No. 009590) both of Mazars LLP, One St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 3DE be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
