"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steve Henson (IP No. 10652) and Adam Buck (IP No. 23070) both of Castle Hill Insolvency Limited, 1 Battle Road, Heathfield, Newton Abbot, TQ12 6RY be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
