At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 20 Nursery Court, Kibworth Harcourt, Leicestershire, LE8 0EX on 7 March 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution, respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Tyrone Courtman (IP No. 7237) and Matthew Ingram (IP No. 10790) both of Duff & Phelps Ltd, 35 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3PU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding up.”

The creditors under the Deemed Consent procedure, decision date being 1 April 2019, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Tyrone Courtman and Matthew Ingram as Joint Liquidators.
