1. As a Special resolution and

2. As an Ordinary Resolution of the company: -

RESOLUTIONS

1. “That it has been proved, to the satisfaction of this Meeting, that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound-up".

2. "That Lorna Bingham of Bingham Insolvency Limited t/a Bingham Associates, 1st Floor, 153 Queen Street, Glasgow G1 3BJ be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
