At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 6 Royal Mews, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS1 1DB on 28 June 2022 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Darren Wilson (IP No. 9518) of DKF Insolvency Limited, 6 Royal Mews, Southend on Sea, Essex SS1 1DB be and hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."

At a subsequent virtual meeting held on 28 June 2022, Matthew Dix of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited was appointed Liquidator by the Creditors.
