At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 12 Hatherley Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 4DT on 23 October 2017 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) and Catherine Lee-Baggaley (IP No. 9534) both of Silke & Co Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
