“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that it should be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Hunt (IP No. 9183) and Kevin Goldfarb (IP No. 8858) both of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LG be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
