Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors for the purpose of i. The appointment of a Liquidator of the Company.; ii. That the Liquidator's fees will be charged by reference to the time properly spent by them and their staff in dealing with the matters relating to the Liquidation, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time the work is undertaken and subject to the fees estimate set out in the report prepared in connection with fee approval and issued with the notice of the meeting. and iii. That the Liquidator be permitted to recover category 2 disbursements. The meeting will be held on 22 December 2021, at 14:05.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Stuart Rathmell at Stuart Rathmell Insolvency,, Egyptian Street, Bolton, Select County/province BL1 2HS United Kingdom by no later than 14:00 on 22 December 2021.

The liquidator will treat any debts of ÂŁ1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the liquidator that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 14:00 on 22 December 2021.

Any creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof by 14:00 on 22 December 2021.
