At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 140 Colinton Road, Edinburgh, EH14 1BY on 03 November 2019 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Charles Southard and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, (IP No 11930 and 008368) and be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
