At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at FRP Advisory LLP, Stanford House, 19 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ on 17 February 2020 at 3.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Anthony Lowe (IP No. 9513) and Nathan Jones (IP No. 9326) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Stanford House, 19 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
