THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that it is advisable to wind up the company and, accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily, and that James Stephen, of BDO LLP, 4 Atlantic Quay, 70 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8JX and Francis Graham Newton, of Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL, both authorised insolvency practitioners, are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for t he purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.
