A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 49 Station Road, Station Road, Polegate, East Sussex BN26 6EA presented on the 5th June 2017 by THE STUDIO VENUE COMPANY LTD whose Registered Office is at 7 Cannon Street, Birmingham, B3 3EP claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Leeds District Registry, The Court House, Oxford House, Leeds, LS1 3BG on the 8th August 2017 at 10.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours 7th August 2017.
