"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) and Rebecca Jane Dacre (IP No. 009572) both of Mazars LLP, 1st Floor, Two Chamberlain Square, Birmingham, B3 3AX be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
