“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) and Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, Brightfield Business Hub, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6XU are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purpose of the winding up."
