Following sufficient objections received by creditors in respect of a decision procedure of Hallett Retail Services Limited a meeting of creditors is to take place for the purpose of considering decisions concerning the following matters:

1) To confirm the appointment of Steven Ross and Allan Kelly of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3LS. 2) To receive nominations for a committee. 3) The meeting will be provided with information about, and may be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and seeking a decision from the creditors on the nomination of a liquidation as an expense of the liquidation.
