A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Hall Fire and Security Group Limited (07133857) of Holloway Drive, Wardley Business Park, Worsley, Manchester M28 2LA, whose nature of business is 43999 - Other specialised construction activities not elsewhere classified, presented on Tuesday 14 August 2018, at 15:30 by HFP REALISATIONS LIMITED (IN ADMINISTRATION) (COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER 01032459) (PREVIOUSLY NAMED HALL FIRE PROTECTION LIMITED) ACTING BY PATRICK ALEXANDER LANNAGAN AND CONRAD PEARSON IN THEIR CAPACITY AS JOINT ADMINISTRATORS OF THE PETITIONER AND STRICTLY WITHOUT PERSONAL LIABILITY, of Mazars Llp, 1 St. Peters Square, Manchester M2 3DE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Manchester Civil And Family Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 5DJ on Monday 01 October 2018, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
