“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Diane Grace Dunion (IP No. 9292) of Dunion & Co Limited, Boulevard House, 160 High Street, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 5TT be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
