Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened at Unit 2, Third Avenue, Greasley Street, Bulwell, Nottingham NG6 8ND on 21 March 2019 at 2.00 pm the following Special resolution and Ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Allen (IP No. 008740) and Patrick Ellward (IP No. 008702) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Suite A, 7th Floor, City Gate East, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham, NG1 5FS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
