At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Little Langley, Old Penshaw, Houghton le Spring on 25 August 2022 at 2.00 pm, the following Resolutions were passed by the Members, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Greg Whitehead (IP No. 8827) of Northpoint Associates Limited, Cobalt Business Exchange, Cobalt Park Way, Wallsend, Newcastle upon Tyne NE28 9NZ be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
