At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company duly convened and held at Wiston House, 1 Wiston Avenue, Worthing, West Sussex, BN14 7QL on 1 July 2019 at 10.45 am the following resolutions were passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elias Paourou (IP No. 9096) and David Oprey (IP No. 5814) both of CVR Global LLP, First Floor, 16/17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 4AN be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
