At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held within the premises of 17-23 Broughton Lane, 1st Floor, Manchester, M8 9TY on 6 September 2022 at 12 noon the following Resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution of the company:

That it has been proved, to the satisfaction of this Meeting, that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound-up and that Lorna Bingham (IP No. 16350) of Bingham Insolvency Limited t/a Bingham Associates, Avondale House, Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill ML4 3NJ be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
