NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the company are convening a meeting of creditors to be held at 1.15 pm on 15 October 2019 at KPMG LLP, Gateway House, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Southampton, SO53 3TG, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to KPMG LLP, 15 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5GL by 4.00 p.m. on the business day before the day of the meeting.
