“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) and Steven Williams (IP No. 8887) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
