Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 16 June 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Thompson (IP No. 26370) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up." This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Gary Thompson, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH.
