A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 11 January 2019 by RYDER LTD of Globe Lane, Dukinfield, Cheshire SK16 4UL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of Kemp House, 160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10.00 am on Monday 4 March 2019 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16.00 hours on Friday 1 March 2019.
