A Petition to wind up the above-named company whose registered office is at Tml House, 1a The Anchorage, Gosport, Hampshire PO12 1LY presented on 25 February 2019 by UNITED LEARNING (a registered charity and company limited by guarantee), whose registered office is at Worldwide House, Thorpe Wood, Peterborough PE3 6SB, claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 9 April 2019 at 10.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner or his/its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 8 April 2019.
