"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Easterby (IP No. 18034) and Louise Durkan (IP No. 25010) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Vintry Building, Wine Street, Bristol, BS1 2BD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
