A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 3 February 2022 by BOELS RENTAL LTD of Unit A8 Riverview, Embankment Business Park, Heaton Mersey, Stockport SK4 3GN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of 13 Britannia Street, Great Harwood, Blackburn BB6 7QX will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10.00 am on Tuesday 5 April 2022 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
