A petition to restore to the Register of Companies and to wind up the above named Company of Askett Barn, Askett, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, HP27 9LT presented on 17 October 2019 by William Davies of 3 North Terrace, Cambridge, CB5 8DJ and Candida Jackson of Elford Road, London, N5 1AX as Executors of the Estate of Thomas Jackson (Deceased) claiming to be creditors of the Company will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 4 December 2019 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support of oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 3 December 2019.
