A Petition to wind up the above-named company of GUARDIAN SECURITY GROUP LIMITED (05648398) of Guardian House, Fishergreen, Ripon Yorkshire, HG4 1NL, whose nature of business is private security and security systems service activities, was presented on 15 July 2019 by GATEWAY AUTOMATION LIMITED, of Unit 8, Wainer Close, Lincoln, LN6 3RY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, and will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on Tuesday 10 September 2019, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
