A petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is situate at Acorn House Church Road, East Brent, Highbridge, Somerset TA9 4HZ presented on the 17th January 2019 by the NATIONAL CRIME AGENCY OF CIVIL RECOVERY & TAX, 2nd Floor, Unit 2, PO Box 8000, London SE11 5EN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on the 06th March 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16:00 hours on the 05th March 2019.
