At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at The Holiday Inn Hemel Hempstead, M1 Jct 8, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4UA on 14 September 2018 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) and Karen Tracy Potts (IP No. 9358) both of Silke & Co Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such voluntary winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them.”
