A Petition to wind up the above-named company of GSM Trade Ltd (07515882) of Colmore Plaza, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham B4 6AT, whose nature of business is Wholesale of electronic and telecommunications equipment and parts, presented on Thursday 27 September 2018, at 16:30 by EBURY PARTNERS FINANCE LIMITED, of Third Floor, 80-100 Victoria Street, Cardinal Place, London, Greater London SW1E 5JL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice Birmingham District Registry of Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, 33 Bull Street, Priory Courts, Birmingham B4 6DS on Tuesday 18 December 2018, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
